Like most of us, I have a very busy lifestyle, and food was never important to me. It was
just a case of grab and go, and many nights involved takeaways, ready meals and beer.
After years of feeling tired, lacking motivation and feeling bloated and general y very
unhappy with myself, I decided my lifestyle needed a serious reality check.
I came to the decision that it was time to swap the beer for trainers and the takeaways
for healthy eating. I soon realised that healthy food and exercise will play an important
role in building my future.
